Hi Jari,
indeed very confusing for a Phaonia, especially as it has 2+2 ks, a combination normally absent in Phaonia. On the other hand, 2+2 ks and radial node setulose on underside of wing is typical Helina. So I ask you : are you sure for the pd on hind tibia ? Helina crinita could be a good candidate if Helina were confirmed.
