Denmark, Jylland, near Odder, Bilsbæk, at a way between fields, at a leaf of stinging nettle, Outsidefotos: kuv, 25th of June 2015. Sorry, no idea. Please help.

Similar to
Paykullia maculata in the Rhinophoridae gallery. It also reminded me of some Voriini, but seems to differ in detail.
