Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tachinidae --> No, it's Phyto cf. melanocephala (Rhinophoridae)

Northern Germany, Halstenbek near Hamburg, at a wall of a street (going below the railway), Outsidefotos: kuv, 3rd of July 2015. I could not find it in the Diptera Gallery. Please help.
