Sorry you're far from right this time John, it's a lauxaniid from the genus Noonamyia; by the key in Shi, Yang and Gaimari, 2011 (Revue Suisse de Zoologie 118(4): 667-693), with some conjectures, it runs pretty well to N. euphlebia Sasakawa & Pong, 1990 (Esakia, Special Issue No. 1: 123-136), one of more widely distributed species (Malaysia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam).
