Hello,
Photo taken in Pontevedra (NW Iberian Peninsula) on 22/09/2015. I think this is a Macrocera. Could be a Macrocera phalerata?

Wing markings are consistent with that species.

Macrocera cf. phalerata, Would be right?. (In the Iberian Peninsula are at least 15 species and I have not found photos of all).
