Is it possible to tell Family and genus of this fly?
Photos from 27 september 2015 Norasundet 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

Sphaeroceridae, Leptocera (distinguished from other Limosininae by having three pairs of scutellar bristles and lacking the inward-pointing dorsocentrals of Rachispoda).
