Hello Pierre,

it is not H. tenella. I have documented H. tenella last year. For one thing, H. tenella is smaller than H. thoracica.

I think that you are correct because of the 2-3 serial ac and one serial dc. This is a female which appears to have a flattened and curved t3. It fits the description of H. thoracica in the document entitled "The Hilara species (Diptera, Empididae) of Switzerland" by Chvala and Merz. But I am not an expert.
