I'd say
Lipsothrix remota (size should be quite big, wing length around 10mm)

I measured the wings: they measured exactly 10 mm.

To put it short, in
Gonempeda there's a cross-vein in a position indicated by red arrow, while
Lipsothrix has it where blue arrow points to. L
ipsothrix is currently treated (together with
Antocha) as a sister group to Limoniinae.
