Tephritidae_Acidia cognata(female) is the correct name? Slovak Republic, Malá Fatra, approximately altitude cca 500 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. Best regards. Fote date: 31. 08. 2015.

Sure. There is only one European species.

Yes, correctly. It can be only confused with Myoleja lucida, and especially with the Caucasian and Turkish M. korneyevi, but here the anterior wing margin here has a wide hyaline break (the whole cell yellow in Myoleja).
Also, Myoleja spp. have just one generation per year, whereas A. cognata has up to three generations. I collected their larvae in mid-November and even they pupated and flies emerged!
