The depression in the first tergite is too small for
Blondelia.
In the key to New World Blondeliini the path to
Blondelia passes through this alternative: "Mid-dorsal depression of syntergite 1 +2 extending posteriorly to hind margin of syntergite (variable in some specimens of Celatoria spp. and Compsilura concinnata (Meigen) and in some species of Vibrissina and Eucelatoria)".
