No, Okanj is the swamp in Vojvodina, the biggest plain in Serbia. Vojvodina is part of the Pannonian Plain. The altitude swamp Okanj is ~ 75m. It is surrounded by arable land.

I know the area, I have been in Frska Gora and the adjacent flood plains.
One might find A. loewianus as well, maybe, there.
