Not my group but perhaps Tipula vittata? Pitty that the markings on the wing are not visible.

without better fotos of wings it is a problem, of course,
Tipula sp. may be the best we can do.

A tip: if you photographed such a long-legged critter and have already an assumption of a genus (e. g. Tipula), use the great website by Pjotr Oosterbroek "Catalogue of the Craneflies of the World" (http://ccw.natura.../index.php). There you can search the name, combined with the country and pictures of the habitus. You get a lot of hits and can compare. It is really helpful.
