is it possible to tell the genus and species of this female?
Photo taken on 1 August 2015 in Kokkola Finland.
Size 5mm.

Coenosia. I did not find a convincing match in the gallery. Female
Coenosia pumila is closest. The male has pale legs, assuming the IDs are correct.
