Hello,
I found the fly (about 9 mm) on 16 July 2015 in the northeast of Bavaria/ Germany.
I suppose, it`s a Ectophasia. Is it possible to determine the fly?

Yes it is.
Either crassipennis or oblonga, two very similar species.
