90 km south east from Paris (France), in a dry meadow, july 26th 2015.

The cell r4+5 is closed and stalked : this is
Phasia (open in
Ectophasia), and the with orange hairs on thorax, this is
Phasia hemiptera (male).

with an appendix, a petiole, a "stalk".

So a 'stalked' cell does not reach the wing margin.
An open cell does.
