Muscidae.

I know very little about European Muscidae, but you can start by looking at Helina reversio, which has 2+4 dorsocentrals, no strong acrostichals, dark fore and mid legs, bare eyes, and thin stripes on the thorax. (There may be many other species with that combination.)
