Dear Valery,

As a photographer I can tell you, that it's nearly impossible to take such a good picture of a hopeless small fly as C. absinthii. This fly looks to big for C. absinthii.
I do have some experience with C. malaris, look here :Tephritidae and I still think it is.
Maybe Keith has another picture, where the hind legs are visible
