Now I've made some more pics. :)
It is c. 5 mm long and has hairs on the underside of scutellum.

This could be
Delia interflua, but to confirm I need to see the genitals.
Preparing the genitals should be done properly because the differents between other Delia species can be very small so every details must be visible.
If needed, you may send it to me.
