Hello,
I found this female at a hedge on a hazel bush - I assume, not the host plant. Northwest Germany.

It looks like
T. conura, but to be sure, one must see the posterior notopleural seta (which is always brown to black in conura); otherwise, it can be also T. leontodontis or some other species as well.
