An interesting species from South East Turkey in May, unknown to us. Any help for ID very much appreciated.

A calyptrate fly with no mouthparts and cell r5 closed near wing margin should be
Oestrus or near. Oestrinae is primarily an Old World group and I do not know how to identify all your genera.
