I think it's a female Hebecnema umbratica.

Hi Stephane do all species in the genus Hebecnema have the white spot at the base of the antennae?

@James : let's say I'm sure at 99.9 % (it remains IDing from pictures, never forget this !). Your third picture shows clearly it has no prealar, this confirms the genus, and the scutum is heavily pruinose with stripes, the eyes are hairy, the frontal triangle extends almost to the lunule, this would confirm the species).
@Elisabeth : it seems that yes (from my pictures), but don't take this as a scientific character (it is also often the case for females Hydrotaea, even more obvious).
