Hello,
I found yesterday (05.05.2015) this little fly in my garden (Stuttgart, Southwest-Germany).
Ceratopogonidae?

Microphor or a related genus. Empididae sensu lato, often placed in Dolichopodidae.

It can be Schistostoma as well.

Hello Igor,
in Germany is only one species of
Schistostoma listed:
Schistostoma truncatum. Could that be this?
