Is it possible to tell to which family and genus this 3 mm female belongs?
Photos from 5 May 2015 Rö, Högsjö 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

The first is male, the second female. Both are Orthocladiinae.
The succession from winter to summer normally proceeds Diamesinae, Orthocladiinae, Tanytarsini, Chironomini.
