Found in my garden. Rather small Tachinidae. River Rhine area Netherlands. Ceranthia lichtwardtiana?

No, it is a Siphona.
You overlooked the proboscis, it is double folded beneath the head. You can just see the tip of the proboscis before the left front femur..
Head and antennal shape, golden yellow parafrontals and esp. lack of lateral marginal setae on syntergite 1&2 indicate that this is (the male of) Siphona maculata. A typical spring species.
