Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Sphaeroceridae 1 ID Belgium ->Crumomyia?

hello,
in the last light of he evening I found this Fly on 24-04
The overall look reminds me strongly of Lonchoptera..but I have never seen a picture of a al black Lonchopteridae... so correct me if I'm wrong... also puzzling is the cross-vein present...

thanks for looking into this..and sorry for the blurry pictures: I hope it is enough for some ID
