Agree, it can't be Triarthria (arista doesn't have long segments) and doesn't look like Lypha (no large pteropleural and hid spiracle wrong). The overall impression to me is of the 'hairy' spring Phorocera (and similar taxa) but I'd need the specimen ... might have been useful to hook out the genitalia too.
