Can anyone suggest a genus for this Muscidae? Light trap, Townsville, Queensland.

Not Muscidae. Muscidae don't have 1+2 dorsocentrals. Except for the species that appears right below yours in the list of recent threads. And some relatives. But 99% of them don't.
I think this is
Notiphila in family Ephydridae.
