is this a scatophaga species?
Seen in Belgium, Burst on 2015-04-16 sitting on the blossom of an appletree.

My first thought was a Scatophaga, but after the reply of Jurgen I controlled my images and i think he is right. The yellow colour are pollen.

Hi,
looks like Empididae. The picture is too small to say more (at least for me).

Rhamphomyia. Anal corner of the wing appears to be darkened so it might be
cinerascens.
