hi, could this be Hylemya of some kind? H. vagans?

I am a bit puzzeled about the green spots on the side of the torax, but maybe it is just the light.
17-04, size approx10mm

Arista seems haired (a bit blur though), fore femur infuscated....most likely Hylemya vagans female.
