Have you tried Helina reversio- tibiae can vary in colour? can have 3 or 4 post dc

H. reversio is my guess too, one can see a pd seta on basal part of t3 (additionnal pictures).

Personally I count only 3 av....
...and 5 ad (we are talking about t3 of course).

But have you ever seen more than 3 av? usually I see 3 ad so this is a lot more but what about the av number is this more constant?
