Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Neoleria ?

I think this is a Neoleria, and if so, it keys to propinqua. Can anyone confirm it please? It is from the same dead rodent as in my previous Helomyza post, 27 March 2015 in a small rocky wet heath within birch woodland, Llandegfan Common, SH577750, North Wales, UK. In this photo the specimen is in alcohol so the colours are not true.

Collin (1943) uses jowl shape but with no drawing it is hard to interpret.

Gorodkov doesn't illustrate any Neoleria genitalia. Aren't they useful in id? Are there any published illustrations, please?
