I'll admit right away that Limoniidae was an option that I should have included in my original question, but I missed it.
Now for me, Trichoceridae and Limoniidae look equally well possible.
I'd be glad to learn why it should be Limoniidae and not Trichoceridae.

Symplecta.

European Trichoceridae have short vein A2. Nearly all Tipulidae sensu lato have long A2. Typical Symplecta can be recognized by S-shaped A2.

Also, Trichoceridae have ocelli. This fly does not.
