Well, I consulted Dr. Tschorsnig in Stuttgart and he has strong doubts.
I think with good reason.
Not only the colouration is off, also there are strong apical scutellar bristles present, which are not in Redtenbacheria (check tachinidae.eu).

So....

It must be something else.

It might still be a Calliphoridae or even a Muscidae ??
