Bibionidae_Bibio femoratus (female) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about altitude cca 500 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 25.03.2015.

You mean femoralis. Bibio femoratus is an American species with legs black except for red femora.

I thought there was something wrong ! To Europeans, femoratus is a Dilophus.
