I think this is a Tanytarsini. Is it possible to have an ID, at least at the genus level ? Thank you.

Not Tanytarsini. It may not be Chironominae.

It may be a Tanypodinae ? I thought they always have 2 radial veins ?

I'm not sure it isn't a brightly colored Orthocladiinae.
