Hello, this specimen was on a rambután fruit (Nephelium lappaceum) on a Thailand market, in Bangkok. Could someone help me in the identification? It has 7.5 mm length.

it could well be, but
Bactrocera is a very large genus, so some care is needed in identifying to species.
