Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Halstenbek near Hamburg, at an uncultivated natural area on an earthwork grown over with bushes, sitting at a leaf of burdock (Arctium sp.), 25 m, Outsidefoto: kuv, 6th of June 2014. Sorry, no idea. Please help to get the ID.

Hello Kuv,

Sc break, long anal vein and no visible preapical together with ovipositor; I'd say agromyzidae.
I believe subfamily Agromizinae has the veins in the lower part of the wing like seen here...

Female Melanagromyza lappae (Loew, 1850) - Agromyzidae, larva forms a long internal channel in the pith on stem on Arctium lappa and A. minus.
