It is not
L. marina. It is male of Lispe palposa group, most probable candidates are:
L. loewi and
L. superciliosa, L. flavicincta is also possible. It is all I can by this photo. If you have othre photos (no mattet how "bad", post its, it may help.
Hennig is on German...
