Try Heleomyzidae.

Thank you Jan :)

Searching in the galery and in the forum, I found the diabolical duo Heteromyza / Tephrochlamys
The sub-costal vein is reaching not far but just behind the level of the anterior cross-vein. A crop on the wings is joined.
So I try Heteromyza sp, not atricornis as the antennae are not entirely black.

Correct ?

I don't see a long subcostal cell --> not Heteromyza I think
