Hello,

is there a possibility to identify this fly?

Location: Germany, Rhineland-Palatinum, 53572 Unkel, river Rhine valley, Stux hill, about 60 a.s.l., dry and warm habitat (grapeyards), meadows near a creek, 03. 09. 2014.
