Is it possible to ID these Suillia from these photos. S. variegata maybe?

c 8mm with dark markings on wings, with initially 2 males riding on a female, competing to mate. One was then doslodged and copulation proceeded, with repeated stabbing action form the male rather than the pair being locked together.

19.10.14 Gloucestershire woodland, UK.
