Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Ocydromia melanopleura (was Hybotidae)

I am inclined to say Ocydromia melanopleura on account that it appears to be a female and the thorax is entirely black (extremely rare, if occurring at all, in O. glabricula). Also to darkened knob of the halter points in that direction.
