The three backward curving f-bristles and the darkened front margin of the wing point to Acartophthalmus. (without an h after the p, nasty name... :P)
specimens I observed are standing high on the legs like the one shown in the photo and the front coxa are pale, also shown in the above photo's.
Also, they are common on rotting funghi in the early autumn.

So I'd agree with Paul.
