The short answer to you question? Pipiza sp. :P

The long answer? The species in the noctiluca group are (or were) of uncertain status. Bartsch 2009 only lists only P. noctiluca as a species complex of uncertain status for Sweden. "Vujic et. al. 2013 Systematic of Pipizini and Taxonomy of European Pipiza Fallen" review the European species yet again.
