Is it possible to tell to which genus and perhaps spieces this male belongs?
Eyes with long hairs and darkened wing vanes.
Photos from 1 June 2014 Salom, Nora 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

Looks like Muscina stabulans male to me.

Muscina have bare eyes and apically bent vein M. This is a male Phaonia errans.
