Is it possible to tell to which genus and perhaps spieces this 6 mm male belongs?
Photos from 1 June 2014 Salom, Nora 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

Chironomini. Should be distinctive but I don't recognize it. The conical 9th tergite reminds me of
Omisus, but it is not that genus. A closer view of genitalia might help.
