I'm a bit confused with this black fly.
The median vein don't reach the margin, by the petiole seems a Rhinophorid or Tachinid. I don't see if in the parafacial is a row of bristles running down from the antennae to the mouth (that would exclude the tribe Wagneriini of the black Tachinids, thanks Chris)

Thanks for the help!

OK, everybody makes this mistake once a lifetime (Seguy persisted in making this mistake).
Good for you you didn't trust yourself !
Rhinophoridae never have an appendix to bend in vein M.
If it does, and it is so blackish: Nyctia halterata (Sarcophagidae).
Which is very variable in the petiole !! (open, closed or petiolated like this one).

Theo, thank for you explanation. My first think was Nyctia halterata, but the petiole was different from other subject that I found before and I didn't knew it was variable.
Thank you so much for the info, I'll remember it!
Best regards,
