It gives the impression of an Anthomyiidae, but we can’t see any necessary details (legs chaetotaxy, detailed view of hairs and other characteristics on thorax, head, etc), so no change for a genus or species name.

Very correct!
The best way for a proper ID indeed is to collect .....preferably
male
