This bright female Platypalpus? was 2,5 mm. Is it possible to tell spieces?
Photos from 16 July 2014 Kramfors 62 N, E 17 Ã…ngermanland, Sweden.

In America it would be Phyllodromia (raptorial foreleg with long coxa, long arista, M with acute fork and no closed discal cell).
