Last year I found a similar fly that one I show you here, It was Ectophasia leucoptera, the animal I show here it´s smaller than Ectophasia I found. Aracena Mountains, near a little stream, southwest Iberian Peninsula.

Clearly another Ectophasia and I think I just can see the ovipositor, indicating E. crassipennis.
